Better Built Sheds takes great interest in the satisfaction of our customers, but we understand
that sometimes your purchase of a building may need to be canceled. Here is our policy about
refunds regarding the down payment you’ve put down to start your order.

• When possible, the deposit refund will be issued with the same method that the payment was made.
• If you cancel within 72 hours of ordering, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• If you cancel after 72 hours of ordering, your deposit will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
• If you cancel after the installation appointment has been scheduled, your deposit will be refunded at 50%
• If you cancel within 10 business days of your install appointment or after 90 days of your order, your deposit will be refunded at 25%
• If you cancel after 120 days, your deposit is non-reundable.
• You may be charged a partial or full fee for any non-refundable or special order items.
